Quivering chicken blues...

Well, Katy had some bad leftovers for lunch yesterday so we had a long, sleepless night of salmonella olympics. I think she's okay now. The sun came out full force today and we got to go for a short walk around our building. It was glorious to feel the sun. It's hard to adequately convey the emotional impact long term cloud cover has on you. Anyway, we feel recharged. Katy is asleep on my shoulder now. She kept her soup down for lunch so I think we're in the clear. Thank god.
